Get moving at Yoga Night on Thursday, March 19 at 7 pm in the University Union Ballroom. This Yoga Night will feature Buti Yoga, a high-intensity, cardio-focused workout blends power yoga with tribal dance for a fun, energizing experience. Instruction is beginner-friendly. Pre-register at online for faster entry or at the door. Yoga mats available while supplies last. Free and open to Sac State students and the general public. Hosted by UNIQUE Programs and The WELL.
