Open Lounge Spaces
The University Union is often called “The Living Room of the University”. We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor seating for socializing, relaxing, eating, studying and informal gathering.
Enjoy the outdoors on the building’s East walkway, which features plenty of tables and seating in the shade. The Union’s Serna Plaza is also a great place to relax on the grass, soak up some sun, relax or study.
The Union’s second and third floors also feature a variety of tables and counters that are suitable for individuals, or groups as large as six people. There’s also plenty of casual seating and electrical outlets.
