Sac State Blood Drive- April 2022
Sac State Saves Lives with Blood Drives
Date: March 21, 2022 -
The University Union, The WELL, Associated Students, Inc. and Vitalant will be hosting a blood drive Tuesday, April 19 and Wednesday, April 20 in the University Union’s Ballroom from 10am-4 pm each day. This event is open to the general public.
Participants can donate blood, join the "Be The Match" marrow registry and also double the impact of their donation by giving a Power Red (also called a double red) donation. As a thank you, all participants will receive a free T-shirt.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are highly encouraged. Make yours by clicking on the link that corresponds with the date you would like to come in:
We're also calling all campus organizations to come out and donate on behalf of your student club/org. The organization with the most participation will get a $150 gift card to Round Table Pizza! To participate, please have each member mention the contest during registration at the blood drive. Each member can make their own appointment- the group does not need to donate all at the same time. The winning organization will be announced and contacted within 5 business days of the conclusion of the blood drive.
