ABOUT WISH UPON A STAR

Sacramento State’s The University Union and The WELL are pleased to announce “Wish Upon A Star,” our annual gift drive. The gifts received will be delivered to Sunburst Projects, which creates safe and supportive communities for children, youth and families living with HIV/AIDS. 

Economic hardships have affected us all and the spirit of giving is more important than ever to help those less fortunate than us. To help make a wish come true:

  1. Visit the Wish Upon A Star display in the main lobby of the University Union or The WELL during building hours.
  2. Choose a wish
  3. Purchase the wish
  4. Deliver the unrapped gift with the tag attached to the University Union Info Desk or The WELL front desk by December 5

The donated gifts benefit the Sunburst Projects, who provide ongoing family support services for HIV/ AIDS impacted families with children.

The University Union building hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6:30 am – 11 pm
  • Friday: 6:30 am – 9 pm
  • Saturday: 8 am – 8 pm
  • Sunday: 10 am – 11 pm

The WELL building hours:

  • Monday 6 am – Midnight
  • Tuesday 6 am – Midnight
  • Wednesday 6 am - Midnight
  • Thursday 6 am - Midnight
  • Friday 6 am - 10 pm
  • Saturday 8 am - 8 pm
  • Sunday 10 am-10 pm
