DESCRIPTION

Sacramento State’s University Union UNIQUE Programs is pleased to announce a stand-up comedy show featuring Natasha Leggero. The comedy show will be hosted at The University Union Ballroom on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 7:30 pm. This event is free for students and the general public.

Natasha Leggero is originally from Rockford, Illinois, but has traveled all across the world. After graduating from Hunter College in New York City and studying at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, she moved to Los Angeles and started doing standup comedy. For the past five years, Leggero has performed stand up all over the country and abroad. Her stand up performances include appearances on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, the Comedy Factor on Dutch television and appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Leggero has played various deviants in her three-year recurring stint on Comedy Central’s Reno 911!, has starred in pilots for NBS’s Comedy Colosseum in 2007, Comedy Central’s Gay Robot in 2006, and was the star of MTV’s hit new series The 70’s House. She has guest starred on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, ‘Til Death, Samantha Who?, and most recently, The Sarah Silverman Program.

Opening for Natasha will be Brendan Lynch.
